BGT Labs LLC operates Safe Haus as a platform/venue only. We provide a platform that enables users to list properties and make bookings, but we do not participate in, control, or assume any responsibility for transactions between users.
Users are solely responsible for honoring their commitments, including but not limited to payment obligations, booking confirmations, and property access. BGT Labs LLC does not guarantee the identity, trustworthiness, or reliability of any user, listing, or booking.
All disputes between users, including but not limited to payment disputes, booking disputes, property condition disputes, and user conduct disputes, must be resolved directly between the users involved. BGT Labs LLC is not responsible for resolving disputes between users and assumes no liability for user conduct or transactions.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that BGT Labs LLC acts solely as a venue and that all interactions, transactions, and disputes are between users directly, without the involvement or liability of BGT Labs LLC.
If you create a listing, you represent and warrant that:
BGT Labs LLC operates Safe Haus as a platform/venue only. We do not own, manage, or control any listings or properties. When making a booking, you agree to:
You acknowledge that BGT Labs LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of listings or user identities. All transactions and interactions are between users directly, and you are solely responsible for your own transactions and interactions with other users.
BGT Labs LLC is NOT a party to any payment transactions between users. All payment obligations are solely between the listing owner and the member making the booking. The Platform may provide payment URL links for convenience only, if the listing owner chooses to include them. Payment URLs are optional and provided at the listing owner's discretion.
BGT Labs LLC does not process payments, handle payment disputes, or store payment details. You agree to:
BGT Labs LLC is not responsible for payment failures, disputes, refunds, or any issues arising from payment transactions between users. All transactions are between users directly, and BGT Labs LLC assumes no liability for any payment-related matters.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BGT Labs LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service without our express written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED BY BGT LABS LLC ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BGT Labs LLC:
BGT Labs LLC makes no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis, or be accurate, reliable, free of viruses or other harmful code, complete, legal, or safe.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BGT LABS LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
BGT Labs LLC's total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to BGT Labs LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to such liability.
BGT Labs LLC specifically disclaims any liability for payment disputes, transaction failures, refund issues, or any other matters arising from transactions between users. All such disputes and issues are the sole responsibility of the users involved, and BGT Labs LLC assumes no liability whatsoever for user-to-user transactions or interactions.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BGT Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from use of the Platform or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
